If you're new to the breathwork practice, it's simple:
1. Lie on your back and close your eyes. If you have lower back issues, you can keep your knees propped up to take pressure off the spine.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Inhale to your belly.
4. Inhale to the chest.
5. Exhale.
All of the breathing, both inhale and exhale, are through the mouth. Be gentle with yourself; there's no right or wrong way to do this. If you're breathing, you're doing it right!
