This guided meditation is recommended for people who have practiced breathwork at least once before. That said, feel free to jump in. Here's how to do the practice:
1. Lie on your back, arms at your side and palms facing up.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Breathe through the mouth in this pattern:
Inhale to the belly
Inhale to the chest
Exhale / release
It's two inhales and an exhale. The exhale is simply a release, you don't have to do anything with it.
